The Deadline, As the Statute Writes It

The Century Code phrases the requirement as delivery "before November sixteenth of each year." Translation: November 15 is the last on-time day, and delinquency starts November 16. No grace window exists.

One carve-out: farming, ranching, and authorized livestock farm LLCs answer to a separate chapter and file by April 15.
