Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of northdakotaregisteredagent.co (the "Site") and registered agent services (the "Services") provided by North Dakota Registered Agent.co ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Site or enrolling in Services, you accept these Terms.

1. Services

North Dakota Registered Agent.co provides:

• A physical registered office address in North Dakota for your business entity
• Acceptance of service of process and official documents during business hours
• Same-day scanning and electronic delivery of received documents
• Compliance reminders for annual reports and other filing deadlines
• Secure online dashboard access to all forwarded documents

We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, tax counsel, or business formation services.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, authorized to act on behalf of the business entity being registered, and able to provide accurate enrollment information.

3. Pricing

• Service costs $99 per year
• Payment is due at enrollment and at each annual renewal
• We accept major credit cards and other posted payment methods
• Prices may change with at least 30 days notice before your renewal date

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current business information
• Notify us of changes to entity name, contacts, or structure
• Maintain good standing with the North Dakota Secretary of State
• Review and act on forwarded documents promptly

5. Document Handling

• Documents received during business hours are scanned and forwarded same-day
• We are not responsible for legal content or implications of received documents
• Physical originals are retained briefly, then securely destroyed
• We are not liable for documents misdirected, undeliverable, or arriving outside business hours through no fault of ours

6. Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control

7. Cancellation

• Cancel anytime by emailing support@northdakotaregisteredagent.co
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current service term
• No partial refunds except at our discretion
• You must appoint a new agent with the state before your service expires

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify North Dakota Registered Agent.co, its owners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Services or breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by North Dakota law. Disputes shall be resolved in North Dakota courts.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms and will post changes with updated effective dates. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms plus our Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement regarding Services.
